Turbocharge your Traditional BA skill set with LINQ

The world is changing faster than ever before. The age of AI means that we also need to be in the age of data. If an organisation is to succeed at AI, they need to understand how, where and if it can create value for the business. Traditional business analysis methods no longer deliver the insights needed at a speed which is meaningful. Neil is going to talk about how LINQ helps organisations focus on value created, by integrating the 4 principal aspects of any business - data, processes, people and systems, creating a holistic view which delivers insights across cost, time, value and carbon. This presentation will show how quickly evidence-based data can be created and analysed, enabling a career-shift for many Business Analysts to add value to their organisation and become a critical element to delivering valuable and successful change.
Neil is the Founder and CEO at LINQ. He has a background in GIS and that passion for the power of data has created a driven ambition to change the way organisations think about and implement change and transformation. In Neil's mind and based on his more than 20 years of international consulting experience, business process modelling no longer shifts the needle. Neil now uses the methodology LINQ has created, build into the LINQ platform to help organisations pinpoint exactly where operational improvements will deliver maximum impact, by showing the results before a single dollar is spent on implementation. Neil's mantra is to ruthlessly strive to look sideways at 'normal' to find opportunity for brilliance - in myself, and others - which leads him, at every opportunity, to challenge the status quo. Outside of LINQ, Neil enjoys cooking, walking his dog Moose, and studies Krav Maga and the Indonesian Martial Art of Kali.
