SF Bay Trail Brunch Ride: Oakland (MacArthur BART) to Pt. Richmond

Details
This 30 mile flat (two small hills, into Emeryville and at Golden Gate Fields) round trip ride will go the entire length of the SF Bay Trail into Point Richmond for our main stop, Little Louie's Deli and Cafewhere we can sit on their (sunny?) deck in back or indoors if chilly. BYO, buy food there or just have a latte!
Highlights include great views of the SF Bay, Golden Gate Fields, Costco (haha,) the interesting Port of Richmond and the 1930 glass Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant (largest to be built on the west coast) now home to light industry and manufacturing. There is a lot of history there. Point Richmond is a quaint, quiet little hamlet not too well known.
The trail is paved and the roads are quiet and bike-friendly with very few stoplights. The parks we pass have water and restrooms.
The entire trip will likely take 3.5-4 hours with the stops. Approx. 14-16 MPH on the flats.
We will meet in front of MacArthur BART at 9:15 AM at the BART Exit. Depart sharply at 9:30 AM
