If you've been craving a slower, calmer evening to reset, reflect, and feel more grounded, you're welcome here.

This relaxed journaling circle uses Ikigai-inspired prompts, a reflective Japanese philosophy, to help you explore what you enjoy, what matters to you right now, and what small steps could bring more meaning and balance into everyday life. We'll also include a hand-care ritual, a moment of pause and presence with a nourishing hand cream shared as personal care, not treatment.

What we'll do

• Write with guided journaling prompts (Ikigai-inspired reflection)
• Enjoy a short hand care ritual (mindful self-care)
• Share (optional) in a respectful group
• Leave with a little more clarity and calm

• Anyone who enjoys journaling, reflection, or mindful self-care
• Beginners welcome (you don't need journaling experience)
