Join our community for short, 30-minute long live sessions at 8am (UK time) every weekday morning. Each short daily morning meditation session contains:

  • Journalling to help you process what’s going on, turn your mind towards the positive and get clear and motivated on where you want to go
  • Meditation for self development to help you develop mental balance, clarity and positive traits

Just as exercising to get physically fit is easier when done together, the same applies to getting mentally fit through daily meditation. By coming together live in an online meditation group you will feel more motivated, more connected and more supported.
