The illume dailies use scientifically validated techniques to cultivate an inner sense of wellbeing that naturally ripples out to improve our relationships, work, and overall enjoyment of life. Each session includes:

  • Inspirational wisdom from positive psychology that you can apply to your life
  • Journalling to help process what's going on in your life, turn your mind towards the positive and gain clarity on where you want to go
  • Meditation to help develop mental balance and clear your mind

Developing and maintaining good mental habits can be hard, but we can make it easier by:

  • Turning to expert guidance as you can rely on our guides to provide you with practices grounded in psychology.
  • Connecting with others as we come together and motivate one another, giving us a reason to turn up every morning.

Establishing a routine as we practice at the same time daily we can build a habit of cultivating these positive mental states—and there's no need to put your video on, talk to anyone, or even get out of bed!
