Hello all,
Our last meeting was fantastic! I felt like we were able to really dig in and start to identify and understand our trauma. We also had such amazing support within the group, I loved every minute!

For our next meeting, we are going to focus on the importance of setting boundaries in our relationships, all types of relationships, so we are able to feel and stay safe within ourselves and our relationships.
