What we're about
IMPACT Arlington Real Estate Investment Group is an exciting and active community of new and seasoned real estate investors, landlords, wholesalers, contractors, realtors, and other real estate professionals in the DFW area.
Why? Because we provide a forum for networking and education about what works to build wealth and earn income in the Texas real estate markets. We share resources, meet like-minded people, and support each other in our journey to financial independence.
Our meetings are social networking events, interactive, and participation by the attendees is encouraged. In addition to the free monthly meetings, IMPACT Arlington offers real estate investment training classes, workshops, mentoring programs, and even real estate training trips.
Tony & Cyndee Jardieu are the organizers of the group. They are full time investors, coaches, and trainers. Tony & Cyndee have helped many others improve the quality of their lives through real estate investing.

About the Speaker:
Tony Jardieu, co-organizer of IMPACT Arlington and Waco, and his business partners have participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. Tony retired from a long career in banking and leveraged his expertise in financial/credit analysis, lending, and appraisals to establish his real estate investing companies. Tony and his wife, Cyndee, have experienced considerable success building rental and owner finance portfolios.
