What we're about

IMPACT Arlington Real Estate Investment Group is an exciting and active community of real estate investors, landlords, wholesalers, contractors, realtors, and other real estate professionals in the DFW area.

Why? Because we provide a forum for networking and education about what works to build wealth and earn income in the Texas real estate markets.  We share resources, meet like-minded people, and support each other in our journey to financial independence.

Our meetings are social networking events, interactive, and participation by the attendees is encouraged. In addition to the free monthly meetings, IMPACT Arlington offers advanced real estate investment training classes, workshops, mentoring programs, and even real estate training trips.

Tony & Cyndee Jardieu are the organizers of the group. They are full time investors, coaches, and trainers. Tony & Cyndee have helped many others improve the quality of their lives through real estate investing.

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming meeting at the Texas Golf Center, 8940 Creek Run Rd, Fort Worth. Join us to expand your real estate investing knowledge, network with other investors, and grab a bite to eat.

Here’s what some of our members have to say about the meetings:

Arlington June 4 - Being Bankable with Any Lender for Your REI Deals

Needs a location

Need money for your real estate deals? Not sure how it’s going to magically appear? Heard it twice this week, “just get it under contract and the money will be there.” If you are not sure where to look or how to acquire money for your real estate investments, then you need to be with us at IMPACT Arlington on Saturday, June 4, 2022. We will be conducting a special workshop on how to Become More Bankable and Find the Money to get your deals done. The workshop will be led by former federal bank regulator (ugh!) turned real estate investor (ooh la la), Tony Jardieu.

Here's why you need to be at this workshop.
· You will learn about the variety of money sources available to real estate investors and why they are important to you.
· You’ll walk away with an understanding of the essential aspects of lending and borrowing money, so you are better prepared and more confident to talk with lenders.
· You will prepare a highly effective business plan/credibility package for lenders
· You’ll develop an amazing loan request template for any type of lender

At some point in your career as a real estate investor (even you wholesalers), there will be a need to have funds to operate your business and purchase properties. Finding money to do your deals can seem like an intimidating task. Maybe you’re concerned about your credit and can’t figure out how to move forward. Or you might be thinking you need to save a lot of money before you can even get started investing in real estate.

On June 4, we are going to help you overcome those money concerns and become bankable in the eyes of any lender. You will learn:
· How to find money for your deal regardless of your credit or the money in your piggy bank.
· Where to find private money lenders (you know, the dudes & dudettes with piles of money)
· When and how to use longer term money
· How to improve the odds of getting the moula ($$$) you need

WORKSHOP FEE: $97, includes lunch. The fee is waived for our students.
