About our Speaker:
Adan Ibarra CPA has over 20 years of experience in finance that ranges from credit analysis, debt placements, mergers & acquisitions, renewable energy, insurance, & real estate investments. He currently is a partner in multiple firms that include Michele Beck CPA PC, Keen Coverage LLC, Prosperitas Wealth Management LLC, Methodical Platforms, Sustainable kW LLC & AKA Partners.
He adds value to the ventures he’s involved with by providing financial structuring & business strategy. He has been involved in over 30 MW of solar energy projects and has been involved in commercial real estate acquisitions and development through his latest involvement with AKA Partners LLC.
Mr. Ibarra education consists of multiple degrees, licenses and accreditations. He is currently struggling with the CFA II exam but refuses to let this one go.

Tim Lockhart is a 6th Generation Texan who grew up in Arlington. He attended Lamar High School, then completed a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon completion of his degree, he was commissioned in the Air Force. He retired from the Air Force in 2013 as a Civil Engineering Officer who's last assignment was in the 366th Training Squadron at Sheppard AFB. He is now a Real Estate Entrepreneur.
Tim and his wife Gaby are currently investing in single-family homes in DFW and Wichita Falls areas with prior investments in Newport News, Virginia, Austin and San Antonio, TX since 2002. He has been an investor-friendly REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty since 2013, is owner of the Real IMPACT Training Systems franchise for Wichita Falls and Denton TX, and is a private money broker. Tim and Gaby specialize in bringing Increase to the north Texas community through teaching real estate investing and home ownership.
