The art of improv has many wonderful benefits. Improv training builds self confidence, helps us understand and overcome our fear of public speaking and other anxieties and does it in a fun and playful environment. This class will be full of exercises designed to get you thinking quickly, emotionally and spontaneously. It is the ultimate inner critic killer.
