This group is for learning how to communicate better and making more connections.
Life is not a single-player game. "Let's play this game together" seems to be the over all motto of life. However, sometimes the frictions and upsets between people can discourage one from communicating and connecting up with others.
Have you ever witnessed or experienced relationships breaking apart? Have you ever been criticized, lied to, or antagonized? If you have, then it's no wonder that a part of you may be reluctant to communicate and make new connections. After all, you do not want to be hurt again. I totally understand!
However, life is not fun unless it's played with others. You simply cannot experience the joys of life fully without relationships or being a part of a group.
That's what this group is about. This group is for you to learn how to communicate well and make connections. It is about how to fully enjoy your conversations and how to make the right kind of connections that can last. Hopefully, as a result of this group, you will communicate more, communicate better, and make friends and relationships that last a lifetime.
We will learn tools in this group and gain practical knowledge about how to communicate better and connect with others. We will have free meetings to do that.
