Celebrate Labor Day at York Tavern, 3702 York Rd, Oakbrook

York Tavern is a historical landmark. It was built in 1843 & rehabbed in 2006. It is located in a little house & is like an old fashioned tavern It is the oldest tavern in DuPage County.
NOTE:
Noise level is unpredictable. The bar & dining are in the same area.
They often have sporting events on the TV's at the bar.
I'm scheduling at 3PM. in hopes of avoiding the dinner crowd & lessening wait time.
No reservations accepted
I have gone there many times & am usually seating fairly quickly.
Noted for their burgers but other options are available

The house is hidden back & easy to pass. Located between Ogden & 31st Street
Keeping the group small. Lets start with 6 people & decide if we will add a few more spots
If the weather isn't too hot, those who interested could take a walk at Graue Mill after dinner
