Confidence: The 8 Steps to Knowing Your Worth by Roxie Nafousi
Join us this June as we come together to explore Confidence by Roxie Nafousi a book focused on self-worth, confidence, mindset, and learning to move through life with greater belief in yourself.

Together we’ll be exploring themes such as:
✨ Breaking comparison habits
✨ Building confidence from within
✨ Mastering thoughts and self-talk
✨ Doing hard things despite fear
✨ Letting go of perfectionism
✨ Becoming more comfortable being yourself
This feels like a beautiful follow-on from last month’s Letting Go as we continue exploring what happens when we begin releasing the stories, fears, and beliefs that hold us back from stepping more fully into life.
As always, this is not just about reading a book, it’s about bringing the themes into awareness and real-life practice together through discussion, reflection, and connection.

What to Expect:

  • Open and supportive group discussion
  • Reflection questions and insights
  • A welcoming space to connect with like-minded people
  • No pressure to speak if you prefer just to listen

This is a free event; however, to attend, all guests are required to purchase at least one drink and snack from the café in support of the venue hosting us. No outside food or drinks permitted.
