This group is for people in Europe ready to explore that root - through practice, and not just theory. We meet online & outdoors.
No prior experience needed.
Sessions draw from the Classical Hatha Yoga tradition and include Postures (Asanas), Pranayama, Kriya, and Meditation - practices designed to work on the system as a whole, from the inside out.
We also explore Sattvic food principles - a traditional plant-based approach to food that supports the practice.
Hosted by Ashank - certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher, trained full-time for 1,750 hours at Sadhguru Gurukulam, India.
Traveling from India to Europe to offer this directly.

These are practical, everyday processes drawn from classical yogic science from ancient India, designed to bring alertness, balance, and depth into your daily life. Take a moment to pause, reset and then carry that steadiness into your daily activity.
Pre-requisites
- No prior yoga experience needed
- Active Google account and the gmail (for Google Meet invites)
- Laptop (recommended) or phone with good internet connectivity
- Earphones for better sound quality
Guidelines
- Please maintain a Light stomach condition โ at least one and a half hours after a meal, or half an hour after a fruit/snack
- A cold water shower before the session is recommended - makes your system more receptive to the process
- Please be on time - we start on time, so that we end on time
- Join 10 minutes early - soft music plays before we start; close your eyes, be with the music, and let your breath settle
- Keep your phones on silent mode, and give this 1 hour to yourself fully

### Upa Yoga
We will be starting a very effective process called Upa Yoga. Within the human system, energy flows along 72,000 pathways called nadis. At the joints, the nadis meet and form nodes, making the joints storehouses of energy. Upa-yoga activates this energy and also lubricates the joints, creating an instant sense of alertness and liveliness. It also builds a certain strength in the system.
### Kriya
Powerful yogic processes that work on the energy body to bring balance, clarity, and a deep sense of wellbeing. It has the potential to transform the life of anyone willing to invest just 12-15 minutes a day.
### Pranayam
Prana means - the basic life energy within us, Yama means - to have control over it. So, pranayam means to have control over our life energies.
### Meditation
Cultivating stillness, presence, and mental clarity โ sharpening awareness and deepening inner stillness through the day.
All the practices are rooted in the timeless wisdom of the yogic sciences.
