This is what Classical Yoga was built for, not just for physical fitness or temporary stress relief.
To establish you so deeply within yourself that steadiness becomes your natural state.

This group is for people in Europe ready to explore that root - through practice, and not just theory. We meet online & outdoors.

No prior experience needed.

Sessions draw from the Classical Hatha Yoga tradition and include Postures (Asanas), Pranayama, Kriya, and Meditation - practices designed to work on the system as a whole, from the inside out.

We also explore Sattvic food principles - a traditional plant-based approach to food that supports the practice.

Hosted by Ashank - certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher, trained full-time for 1,750 hours at Sadhguru Gurukulam, India.
Traveling from India to Europe to offer this directly.
