About us
A space for parents who need other parents.
I’m starting this group because I know what it feels like to be in the thick of it with nobody who really gets it. Whether you’re raising a toddler, a teenager, or an adult child who still calls you crying about their job, if you’re parenting someone, you belong in this room.
Who’s welcome:
Moms, dads, step-parents, grandparents raising grandkids, foster parents, married, partnered, single, divorced, co-parenting — all of it. Any kid, any age, any situation. If you’re pouring into someone else, this room is for you.
What we do:
We meet virtually for an hour each week. I’ll bring a topic, things like boundaries with your own family, how to actually take care of yourself when there’s no time, what’s working with discipline right now, screen-time stuff, resources I’ve found that actually help. But the room drives the conversation. If someone needs to vent, we vent. If someone’s stuck on a problem, we problem-solve. If someone needs to be reminded they’re doing a good job, we remind them.
The goal is simple: you leave less alone than when you came in.
What’s coming:
As we grow, we’ll add in-person meetups, playdates for the kids, group events across Indy. One step at a time.
Come as you are. There’s no requirement to show up polished. Bring a friend if you want. There’s room.
See you there.
