Let’s play... The War of the Pumpkins/Yokai Hunters Society/Mythic Bastionland

Join us every Sunday and tell a story as a group by playing a beginner-friendly roleplaying game. Every week we have 2-3 different games. All materials provided and rules are explained at the start of each game, you just need to bring your imagination.

This week's facilitators:

• 🎃 Richard getting the family back together in War of the Pumpkins (a narrative game of grudges, gourds, and generational trauma). All the Holloway kids are home again under one sagging roof. Mom’s funeral was a disaster, the pumpkin patch has gone feral, and the will is missing. Half of you haven’t spoken in years; the other half speak exclusively through guilt. Somehow, you must hold it together while sorting out the family legacy—or lose it all to the war of the pumpkins.

• 👺 Scott with another mission for the Yokai Hunters Society. Recent desecration of an abandoned temple deep in the forest has angered the Yokai that reside there, putting everyone nearby in danger. You will be tasked with escorting shinto priest and experienced exorcist Nagasawa Katsutate to the temple to perform a cleansing ritual and appease the spirits. However, those responsible for this mess may be lying in wait for your arrival...

• 🗡️Eoin leading knights and squires through Mythic Bastionland. Sir Gawain chopped off the Green Knight's head; now it's the Green Knight's turn. You and your fellow squires must accompany Gawain and ensure that he goes through with his decapitation, encountering wonderful and dangerous obstacles along the way.
