Optimizing Jira Projects and Automating Atlassian User Management
Join us for another Atlassian Community Indore meetup focused on two practical areas — improving Jira usage in projects and managing Atlassian users more efficiently.
Along with the sessions, we’ll also have community updates, a quick trivia quiz, open Q&A, networking, and some fun activities.
What to Expect
Practical sessions on Jira usage and Atlassian user management
Community updates
Trivia quiz and engagement activities
Open Q&A and discussions
Networking with local IT and Atlassian professionals
Atlassian swags and certification vouchers to be won
Session 1: Optimising Jira Usage in Your Projects
Jira is powerful, but teams often struggle with messy boards, unclear workflows, poor visibility, and inconsistent usage.
This session will cover practical ways to improve project tracking, clean up workflows, use boards better, and get more value from Jira in day-to-day project execution.
Session 2: Automating Atlassian User Management to Reduce License Waste
Manual user management in Atlassian can lead to inactive users, license sprawl, unnecessary costs, and access-control issues.
This session will cover how automation can help with user deactivation, group and permission management, audit trails, rule-based provisioning, and reducing license waste across Jira and Confluence.
Who Should Attend
This event is best suited for working IT professionals, Jira and Confluence users, Atlassian admins, project managers, Scrum Masters, product and delivery teams, IT operations teams, and anyone managing projects, users, permissions, or licenses in Atlassian tools.
Games, Engagement & Swags
We’ll have quick quizzes, fun activities, Q&A moments, and interactive community discussions during the event.
Exclusive Atlassian Community swags and certification vouchers can be won through quiz/activity participation, insightful questions, and active contribution during discussions.
