Let's Talk Movies and Flags of our Fathers (at the park).

Let's get together in Broad Ripple Park to talk movies.
Our first round of discussion will be about movies that we have seen recently. Everyone shares about a movie of their choice, talking about the plot and what they liked or did not like about the movie. Please join in the discussion about other members' movies.
For our second round of discussion, we will talk about the movie Flags of our Fathers. Flags is a Clint Eastwood film about the men in the photograph of the flag raising on Iwo Jima. We will discuss how this movie compares to other American war movies. We will also compare and contrast Flags to other Clint Eastwood movies.
Flags of our Fathers is streaming on Kanopy and Paramount.
We will gather at the Picnic Knoll, which is a set of picnic tables just east of the playground on the northern edge of the south parking lot of Broad Ripple Park. If there is a light rain, we will move to the shelter house a little bit further into the park. Look for directions in the comments if there is inclement weather.
