About us
Indianapolis Ambassadors is a group civic-minded individuals who share a goal of helping others and the community of Indianapolis through volunteerism, and of meeting new people with similar interests. In addition to the many volunteer events our members may sign up for, we also offer many social and educational events. We also hold monthly meetings in various interesting locations throughout the city, featuring a short talk from a guest speaker as well as announcements and opportunities to sign up for our events. Our ages range from 21 to 70+, with the most common age group being 50-somethings. Our website is at http://www.indyambassadors.org/

Join Indy Ambassadors for a summer evening of film, friends, and fresh air at Indy Shorts in the Garden! We’ll gather at Newfields to enjoy a selection of award-winning short films from the Academy Award®-qualifying Indy Shorts Film Festival, all under the stars. (Heartland Film)
Bring a blanket or lawn chair, pack your favorite snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (or purchase concessions on-site), and settle in for a unique outdoor movie experience. Gates open at 7:00 PM with the films beginning shortly after.

Social: Decades "The Story of America in Song" ($0)

Back by popular demand for America’s 250th Anniversary, the most popular show in Claude McNeal Productions’ history, Decades, takes the audience on a nostalgic trip through musical Americana. A smash hit for two seasons off-Broadway, the show has toured all across the country over the past 50 years. Through a collage of popular songs, dance, and fast-paced images, Decades touches certain times and emotions in American history over the past 175 years.
An IA social is being held on Friday, July 31st at 7pm, but complementary tickets are also available for the shows held on Saturday, Aug 1st at 7pm, and Sunday, Aug 2nd at 2:30pm. Snack food and drinks are available for purchase.
To reserve your tickets email Jeff Owen - jowen@claudemcnealproductions.com, and let him know which performance you'd like to come to, and if it's one or two people under your name. Each person can bring a guest, so that's 2 free tickets per Indy Ambassador member. The show runs two weekends, we want Ambassadors who attend the first weekend to help "spread the word" for the second weekend ($20-$30).
