General Meeting: Great American Songbook Foundation

All are invited to the April General Meeting of the Indianapolis Ambassadors at the Great American Songbook Foundation’s Library & Archives.
Housed in the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts, the Songbook Foundation exists to preserve the cultural materials that have enduring value to the historical documentation of American popular music.

Founded by five-time GRAMMY® Award nominee Michael Feinstein, the Foundation’s collections house more than 500,000 documents, images and historic artifacts and offers immersive programming to inspire and educate all ages through music.

Chris Lewis, Executive Director, will speak to us about the Foundation and the vital role that volunteers play in keeping this music alive through the ages.

Afterward, the group is invited to join up for refreshments for our ‘Out After’ at Muldoon's.
