IoT Hardware Workshop with Team Losant

We're doing something a bit different this month. It's a hardware workshop! Some of the team from Losant (https://www.losant.com/) will bring a pile of hardware and knowledge about IoT, including details about the ways the JavaScript ecosystem applies to this brave new connected world.

The Losant IoT Hardware workshop provides all of the hardware and software needed to build a few simple connected projects. The workshop provides step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow for novice developers, but still fun for advanced users. All attendees get to take home the kit, which includes an Arduino-compatible WiFi microcontroller and several sensors.

All attendees must bring a Mac, Windows, or Linux laptop. It’s also recommended that attendees perform the environment setup prior to the meetup:
