Machine Learning and A.I. have been dominating our world of programming for years now. As the industry shifts focus to data the needs of understanding and processing data increase drastically each year. Maxwell will be sharing a technique he has used in his career to process and classify text, specifically, he will be using Netflix movie & tv-show reviews to predict their genre. The talk will be focused on how to leverage classifiers to organize data.

"Get all your (IoT) Ducks in a Row with AWS Greengrass” by Calvin Hendryx-Parker
In this talk, Calvin will explore how AWS IoT Greengrass greatly facilitates the collection of data at the edge and the subsequent push of aggregate or specific data points to AWS. He will also go over how Greengrass helps organizations with large fleets of IoT devices keep the firmware, OS and software up-to-date. Finally he will show how to use AWS’ tool to monitor all of those devices not already living in the Cloud.

AWS IoT Greengrass 'brings local compute, messaging, data caching, sync, and ML inference capabilities to edge devices'.
