4:15p - 5:30p "Building Real Time Streaming Applications with Spark" by Satish Terala, Databricks
In this talk, Satish will introduce the core concepts of streaming data in the context of building and scaling big data pipelines on Apache Spark. We will delve into the semantics of micro-batching, stateless and stateful streaming. Towards the end we will talk about how to deploy and monitor these streaming jobs in the cloud.
