Let's get together for a jog and then refuel with yummy lunch at Naisa.

some strange things with this here meetup:

I'm going to be looking to do 10 miles at a 12:00 pace. if you want to do 10 (or more!) come meet me at 9:00. if you want to do fewer, come at 10:15. Then there will be a larger group of people running a bit slower/shorter distance. Afterwards we'll all circle back to have lunch as a group!
