Inland Empire AI & Robotics Meetup
This group is for people interested in humanoid robots, quadrupeds, embodied AI, and the software that makes physical robots useful.
We'll get hands-on with real robotic hardware whenever possible, explore technical documentation and development tools, experiment with robotics software, and discuss practical business and research applications for embodied AI.
Topics may include humanoid and quadruped robotics, ROS 2, computer vision, reinforcement learning, robot autonomy, AI agents, teleoperation, and real-world robotics applications.
The group is open to:
Robotics and software developers
Engineers and AI researchers
Students and professors
Robotics/AI content creators
Entrepreneurs and business professionals
Anyone curious about embodied AI
Some sessions will get technical, but all experience levels are welcome.
You don't have to live in the Inland Empire — members from Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas are welcome too.
Organizer disclosure: I work with US Robot Store as a Sales Manager and help represent robotics products from Unitree, Inspire, BrainCo, PaXini, Wuji, AgileX, and Dobot. Some Meetup demonstrations, workshops, or presentations may feature hardware from these brands.
The Meetup itself is brand-agnostic and is intended to be a broader community for learning, experimentation, collaboration, and discussion around robotics, embodied AI, and real-world applications. Participation is not limited to any specific company, platform, or hardware ecosystem.
