When Your Mind Won’t Let You Rest
Details
A Guided Inner Rewrite Gathering
A small, welcoming gathering to slow down and explore thoughts that may be taking up too much space in your mind—thoughts that keep returning, replaying, or pulling your attention away from the present.
Through guided writing, meditation, and reflection, we’ll create some space around those thoughts and look at them from a wider perspective.
No meditation experience is needed. Come as you are, stay curious, and see what you might notice when you slow down and look again.
This gathering is free and limited to 8 participants to keep the group small and intimate. Writing is private, and sharing is always optional.
What to bring: Your own journal if you’d like. Paper and pens will also be available.
Finding the room: The gathering will be held in Collaboration Room 2 on the 2nd floor of Winter Park Library. The staff at the front desk can direct you to the room.
