Are you being kind to your mind? Is your mental health a priority? When we take better care of our mind, we show up better for everything and everyone in our life.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is ‘Community.’ As we know, a strong, supportive community can make all the difference in strengthening our mental wellbeing.

This session explores how to:
– manage anxiety, maintain a healthier mindset and build self-care strategies
– create meaningful connections, support others and cultivate compassionate communities
