Hit the pause button, retreat from the busy-ness (for a while) and take time-out for yourself.

This half-day retreat will be a blend of meditations, talks and discussions to enhance your inner peace and spiritual growth.
The retreat offers you the opportunity to delve into the:

  • basics of mindfulness, breath, visualisation and meditation
  • essential spiritual insights about the self
  • Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy.

This is a free in-person event. Spaces are limited. Booking essential.

The retreat will start on time. Please arrive by 9.55am.
