Resilient by Nature: Into the Ice, Into the Self

Details

Into the cold. Back to your truth.

Cold exposure is a powerful teacher, with breath as a masterful guide.
When we explore our edges, we open up to new possibilities in our lives and tap into potential we’ve felt unable to meet. We reveal the true self who knows how to heal and how to grow.

Join certified yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Michelle Spink for a guided breathwork and cold exposure experience designed to awaken resilience, clarity, and calm — all within a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you're new to cold immersion or returning to deepen your practice, this session invites you to meet yourself at the edge — and expand from within.

Come as you are. All are welcome.

This FREE event includes:

  • Guided breathwork to boost energy & focus
  • Embodiment practices to deepen mind-body connection
  • Safe ice bath immersion to build resilience
  • Mindset techniques to push past limits

What to Expect:

  • Learn (20 mins): Explore the nervous system and develop an understanding of the science behind why breathwork and cold exposure boost emotional resilience, mental clarity, focus and performance.
  • Breathwork (45 mins): We’ll move our bodies to prepare for a deep breathwork session to feel into the body and prepare for the cold immersion.
  • Cold Plunge (30 mins): Participants will each get the opportunity to get into the ice bath, guided and supported the whole time.
  • Warm-Up (30 mins): Have some tea, hit up the hot tub or steam shower, and enjoy the newfound energy created in your body and mind.
  • Closing (20 mins): Opportunity for Q&A and sharing.
