Welcome to Inner Flow Chen Tai Chi & Qi Gong Meetup!
This group is for anyone interested in exploring the ancient Chinese practice of Chen Style Tai Chi - the original and oldest style of Tai Chi.
We meet regularly to learn and practice forms of Chen-style Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises at the Elizabeth - Mind and Movement Studio, Beaverton.
Classes start from 2nd January 2026.

This Inner Flow Qi Gong class is a gentle, meditative movement practice focused on cultivating inner Qi flow, presence, and soft strength. Through slow, conscious movements and guided inner awareness, we create space for energy to circulate freely and for the body and mind to harmonize.
You don't need any prior experience, whether you are new to Qi Gong or deepening an ongoing practice. Wear comfortable, relaxed-fitting clothing. Bring indoor flat-soled shoes or non-slip socks.
Instructor, Adela, is a Chen Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with a background in traditional internal movement practices and mindful coaching. Her teaching emphasizes presence, softness, and cultivating awareness from within, creating a supportive and welcoming space for your harmonizing and growth.1 attendee - $22.00

What is Chen Tai Chi?
Chen Tai Chi is the oldest and original Style of Taijiquan with deep knowledge of inner Tai Chi principles, which leads you to move your body as one harmonious unit, balance you to the center, and strengthen your Core and mind. It is not a quick, instant exercise, but rather a long-term exercise with benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.
During the class, we do Tai Chi stretching, prepare exercises, do short Qi Gong, and practice the movements of the Chen Tai Chi 18 form.1 attendee - $22.00
