Join InnerSpace in our upcoming online event, where we will explore the power of Mindfulness in achieving inner peace and self-empowerment.
Whether you are new to Mindfulness or seeking to deepen your practice, this event is perfect for those looking to enhance their personal development journey.

Our guest speaker Nathelie Tudberry has been practising Mindfulness for over 20 years. As a hypnotherapist and coach, she teaches Mindfulness as part of her professional and personal practice.

We will discuss key points & more such as:
1. What is Mindfulness?
2. How does it help us and why?
3. What are the mind and body benefits of Mindfulness?
4. Q&A

We will end the session with a guided meditation.

The event will take place on Wednesday 17 April at 7pm, via Zoom.

Please note that the event is limited to 35 participants. This event is free of charge.
