Costs: £35 per week - £350 in total (instalments available)
In a bid to make mental health care and therapy affordable for everyone I have launched group therapy sessions available to attend online. The cost is more affordable than individual practitioner rates, and there is lots of research to show that group therapy can be just as effective as 1-2-1 sessions. Attendance is limited to 8 attendees and this is a closed-group programme, so once the programme starts new members cannot join.
Each programme will explore a different area of mental health - it will be both informative, engaging and therapeutic in its nature.
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing in a supportive and nurturing environment. This online 10 week programme offers:
- Understanding Root Causes: Understand causes & triggers of your anxiety
- Obtain Information: Enhance your knowledge of mental health & psychology
- Effective Management Strategies: Explore skills & strategies to manage anxiety Resilience Building: Embrace your inner strengths & build your resilience.
- Community Connection: Connect with people having similar experiences
For anyone wishing to register and join, we will have a discovery call to ensure the programme is right for you and answer any questions you may have. Key points for the programme:
- · Open Mind and Willingness to Share: Come with an open mind ready to learn and grow. Be prepared to share your experiences and listen to others in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
· Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of the group. What is shared in the sessions stays in the sessions to create a safe space for everyone.
· Regular Attendance: Commit to attending all sessions to ensure you and the group benefit from the continuity and collective progress. This is not a "drop-in" group, the expectation is that you attend all sessions where possible, for your benefit.
· Payment Information: Details regarding the cost of the program, payment methods, and deadlines will be provided upon registration. Ensure payments are made on time to secure your spot. - Quiet and Private Space: please ensure you choose a quiet, private space free from distractions to fully engage and participate in the activities and discussions.
- Punctuality: Attend on time for each session to respect the schedule and the group’s time. This is the same for return to sessions from comfort breaks.
- Materials and Preparation: Bring necessary materials such as a notebook, pen, and any pre-assigned work. Completing your practice tasks and reflections will enhance your experience and progress.
- Participation: Actively participate in individual tasks, partner exercises and group discussions. Your engagement is crucial for both personal growth and the group’s dynamic.
- Approach the program with a commitment to personal growth and the intent to apply learned strategies and techniques in your daily life.As the saying goes - the more you put in, the more you will get out!
- Self-Care: Practice self-care and be mindful of your mental and emotional limits. Inform the facilitators if you need any support or adjustments during the program. Private 1-2-1 sessions and further support is available if you require it.
