Community Drum Circle

Inner Way LA

Please join us as we celebrate life, community and music-making while living in the present moment. Drum circles are known to create a sense of community and a powerful shared experience while integrating body, mind and spirit. Studies have shown that drumming lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, releasing endorphins in the human brain that cause feelings of happiness and euphoria. Absolutely no musical experience necessary. The only prerequisite is an intention to have fun! All are welcome. We encourage you to bring your own drum if you have one. Drum Circle Facilitator Dario Sanchez earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and music. Since 2014 he has served the community working with non-profits tackling social issues, such as mental health, homelessness, and drug addiction. in 2015 he discovered the dharma and has since incorporated his practice into both his personal and professional life.
