Product Innovation

Hi, I'm Tim. I am an ex NASA and HP Software Engineer, Microsoft Consultant, and have worked for startups that have exited, built my own startup that exited, and in Executive Management as a Coach and Advisor. I am currently one of the founders of Upskillable, the Senior Executive Advisor to the CEO of Tamkeen Technologies.  I have previously worked as an Innovation Advisor to the CEO of a large foundation in Saudi Arabia, the Head of Technology at Takamol Holding, helped envision and I managed the delivery of the MOI Portal (Absher), and numerous other things. While working with large companies and startups, I have noticed a learning gap exists and many people and organizations have limited knowledge on how to build new technology products, start profitable technology businesses, successfully scale them, keep innovating, and keeping the teams that are responsible for these innovative product fully motivated and engaged so they can tackle even the most difficult problems. This problem is the same for startups and enterprises so I spoke with another local enthusiast (Mirza Baig) and decided that I wanted to help people understand how to do this using proven methods and various frameworks that they can leverage (not copy) to build and run successful technology product development businesses.
