Welcome to Insha yoga, a therapeutic and social yoga club, run by certified yoga instructor, Maryam! This club is dedicated to improving your mental and physical health through the healing power of yoga.
It offers Hatha, Yin, and Nidra yoga sessions that are designed to not only improve your flexibility, strength, and relaxation but also address anxiety and childhood trauma. Maryam’s scripts are specifically crafted to help you release negative emotions and find inner peace.
This club is a social hub where you can meet new people and connect with others who share your interests. After each session, we encourage everyone to socialize over a cup of tea or coffee, providing a safe and welcoming space to share and connect.
