Welcome to InsideOut Works, a space for meaningful connection, self-exploration, and personal growth.
Our groups are designed and facilitated by Idil Altintas and Shipra Dhingra, both qualified therapists with backgrounds in Psychology (BSc), Clinical Psychology (MSc), and BACP-accredited Counselling training.
We offer a range of therapeutic workshops and wellbeing groups in London, covering topics such as self-compassion, anxiety management, mindfulness, self-esteem, and emotional resilience. Each session is grounded in psychological theory and delivered in a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
Whether you are looking to develop a kinder relationship with yourself, manage difficult emotions, or simply connect with like-minded individuals on a journey of personal growth, you are welcome here.
No prior knowledge required. Just an open mind and willingness to explore.

Join us for a FREE online beginner self-compassion workshop on January 28, 2026.
This gentle, introductory session is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with kindness toward yourself. Together, we’ll explore simple, practical self-compassion practices that can help reduce stress, increase self-kindness, and build everyday resilience.
You’ll leave with tools you can start using right away, a sense of connection, and guidance in a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
This workshop is also a teaser for our upcoming monthly self-compassion group starting in February, offering a chance to experience the approach and see if it’s right for you.
