Join us for our biweekly meditation and dharma practice in Eastworks! The format can change slightly from week to week but usually looks like this:

  • Some time to settle in and briefly introduce ourselves
  • A 20-30 minute meditation, with guidance tailored to the specific group
  • Short stretch break, brief period of walking meditation (instruction provided)
  • Gather again for a short dharma reflection
  • Time for tea, snacks, discussion and connection (optional)
