It is highly supportive to have a variety of meditative tools in our toolkits in order to practice skillfully in different life situations. This morning practice will introduce participants to a very useful style of meditation that is less commonly taught outside of retreats, namely, Open Awareness/Choiceless Attention. This morning practice will consist of a mix of guided sitting meditation, walking meditation, brief dharma talks, and Q&A, with limited optional slots for 1-on-1 guidance. Please bring a sack lunch as there will be time afterward to eat together and be in community.
