Get ready to break a sweat and push past your limits with a high-energy Shaun T cardio workout! On Saturday, weβre bringing the group together to move, laugh, and dream big. Letβs embrace the energy, keep fit, and turn our dreams into reality!
βDig deeper, push harder, and make every move count!β β Shaun TThis is for the those members willing to do what it takes to create physical & mental changes they want in their life.
You can go at your own pace whether you're a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced. After suffering a massive brain haemorrhage and told I may never walk again, I started watching Shaun T videos. I couldn't walk or take part physically but I watched to train my mind and visualize where I wanted my body to go.

It took many years but every weekend is now a reminder of how far I have come through the power of consistent action.

I would always ask myself "What part can I do?" and that question guided my mind and body into achieving things beyond what was medically possible. What can you do? How can you train your body to achieve what seems out of reach today?

The Insanity workout is an advanced exercise program. It involves bodyweight exercises and high-intensity interval training. Insanity workouts are performed 20 to 60 minutes at a time Insanity workouts are produced by Beachbody and guided by fitness trainer Shaun T. Coming together as an Insane Bookclub group to do this.
If you're starting a workout program that calls itself "Insanity," you know it's going to be over the top. Insanity is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You exercise right at home, using your own body weight for resistance. The program is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat.
Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between. According to the Insanity web site, exercising at this extreme intensity level will help you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour.
There are 10 workouts in the Insanity program. Each routine takes between 30 and 60 minutes to complete,

A good support bra for the ladies J
Loose clothing & supportive trainers
The willingness to keep going
