We will be coming together as a group for a powerful Joe Dispenza Project Meditation a guided practice designed to activate the heart, calm the mind, and awaken healing energy for members within our book club community. ✨
Each month I will choose 6 members from request we will focus, receiving two dedicated meditations, after which we’ll shift our focus to another group, giving others the opportunity to receive as well. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue to support each other’s healing journeys 💫

This is essential for creating a safe, supportive space. Once the meditation begins, you are welcome to turn your camera off if you wish for privacy. Project Coherence is a global meditation initiative led by Dr. Joe Dispenza, where thousands of people from around the world meditate together at the same time to send coherent, heart-based energy to individuals, groups, or areas in need.
The belief is that when a group enters a highly coherent emotional state—like love, compassion, or gratitude, it creates a measurable field effect that can support healing and transformation.

This meditation is designed for people who need support such as:

  • Individuals facing health crises

## 🧘‍♀️ How to Do the Meditation (Simplified Guide)

  1. Get Centered
    Sit comfortably and bring your awareness to the present moment. Slow your breath.
  2. Open Your Heart
    Shift into elevated emotions like compassion, love, gratitude, and care. Think of a moment or person that helps you feel this naturally.
  3. Feel Coherence
    Let your heart and mind come into harmony. Breathe slowly, and feel the rhythm of your breath in your chest.
  4. Send the Energy
    Bring into your awareness the people or places who need support. Imagine sending them waves of love and healing. See them whole, healed, and peaceful—without focusing on their suffering.
  5. Stay in the Emotion
    Stay in that elevated emotion for as long as you can, letting the energy radiate outward. Trust that your heart’s coherence is making an impact.
  6. Close Gently
    After the meditation, give thanks. Trust that what you offered was received. You might want to journal or reflect quietly afterward.
