✨ Transformational Stories – Tonight Tuesday 30th September at 8:30pm ✨
This evening’s session will be a little different. Instead of sharing from another author, I’ll be reading a passage from my own book-in-progress, Wiggle Your Damn Toes a moment from one of the profound dreams I experienced during my healing journey, and the impact that dream continues to have on me today.

✨ It would mean so much to see as many of you there as possible, to share in this moment, to support, and to finally hear part of the book I’ve been saying for years I would write. The book so many of you have asked for is at last taking shape, and it would be a joy to have you with me as I share its first whispers. ✨

Here’s what to expect:
🌿 Introduction: create your own hook to introduce yourself
🌬️ 5 minutes of Qigong: to release the day and settle into presence
📖 Reading: a passage from my book
🧘 Meditation: aligning with the dream and its message
🖊️ 30 minutes of journaling prompts: to embody the story within your own journey
💬 Open sharing + feedback: I’d love to hear any reflections
🖊️ Bring a notebook, pen, and an open heart for self-healing and storytelling
