✍🏽 *Tuesday 4th November 8:30 pm Transformational Stories: Craft Your Next Chapter*
Tonight’s session will be repeated from last month session inspired by *Abraham Hicks’ teachings* 🧙‍♂️
Come together to enjoy Abe high-energy vibes into tonight!
This is a *90-minute creative space* to shift the story you’ve been telling yourself and begin writing a new one, whether in your journal or that book you’ve always wanted to complete. We’ll begin with *gentle Qigong* to release the day, followed by a *group hook introduction*, an *Abraham video*, and a *10-minute Abe guided meditation* to open the flow. Then we’ll dive into a powerful *writing / channeling session* designed to help you align inwardly and give full expression to your words ✨

Here’s what to expect:
🌿 Introduction: create your own hook to introduce yourself
🌬️ 5 minutes of Qigong: to release the day and settle into presence
📖 Reading: a passage from my book
🧘 Meditation: aligning with the dream and its message
🖊️ 30 minutes of journaling prompts: to embody the story within your own journey
💬 Open sharing + feedback: I’d love to hear any reflections
🖊️ Bring a notebook, pen, and an open heart for self-healing and storytelling
