🎄 CHRISTMAS DAY 5am Special
Thursday 25th December 2025
This Christmas Day, we’ll be opening a gentle, supportive space for anyone who wants to connect, reflect, or simply what to spend the morning with inspiring company. Christmas can bring up many emotions joy, gratitude, loneliness, overwhelm, or memories and this session is designed to meet you wherever you are. We’ll keep the structure simple and peaceful, with a blend of familiar elements you already know from our sessions. Expect a warm, grounding experience that may include:
✨ Breakout rooms to share reflections or simply connect with others
✨ Gentle Winter Qigong to soften the body and calm the nervous system
✨ An inspirational video or message to uplift the heart
✨ Quiet reflection time
✨ A short guided meditation to close
This will be a space to:
• breathe
• reconnect with yourself
• feel held by the group and honour the day in a way that feels meaningful and nurturing Whether you’re celebrating with others or spending the day on your own, you are welcome.
More details about the theme will follow but the intention is simple:
to create a place of connection, presence, and peace on Christmas Day.
