Transformational Stories: Writing Hour
Inspired by the teachings of Julia Cameron's Morning Pages and Brandon Bays' The Journey.
A gentle space to slow down, listen within, and put pen to paper. Together we'll explore awareness, self-reflection, and welcoming whatever thoughts, feelings, or emotions arise without judgement. Includes 7 minutes gentle movement, 7 minutes guided meditation, 40 minutes reflective journalling with soft music, Optional sharing and discussion
This is not about writing perfectly or finding the right answers. It is simply an opportunity to pause, listen, and see what wants to emerge. Bring your notebook, your favourite drink, and come exactly as you are.

What to expect:
• 7 minutes of gentle movement to settle the body
• 7 minutes of guided meditation
• 45 minutes of reflective journalling
A soft, quiet space with optional sharing at the end.
There’s nothing to prepare and no pressure to share, just bring your notebook, your tea, and come exactly as you are. And if you’re unsure what to write, you’ll have on-screen prompts to guide and inspire you.
