Start your day with presence, awareness, and self-reflection. This month we're blending the teachings of Julia Cameron's Morning Pages with Brandon Bays' The Journey.
Includes: Gentle Qigong to awaken the body. Guided meditation with Brandon Bays. Morning Pages writing practice. Space to welcome thoughts, feelings, and emotions without judgement. Group sharing and discussion A peaceful and supportive way to begin the day, connecting with yourself before the world wakes up. Open to all

Don’t worry if you haven’t read the book yet you are still completely welcome. This book club is here to inspire you, whether you’ve read it or not. It’s about living the teachings, not just reading them, putting them into practice and embracing the lessons as we go. With plenty of simple, engaging activities, everyone can take part. The book is the theme, but YOU are the main character of each session.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and you can join from the comfort of your own home, surrounded by an amazing, supportive group who encourage one another in living their dreams. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn, grow, and explore. There is great love and inspiration for you all at Hear My Voice Book Club 📚
