We’ll start with simple doodling — a surprisingly powerful way to calm your mind, focus your attention, and shift out of overthinking.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation where your body can fully unwind and your mind can settle.

This combination helps you:

  • Quiet mental noise
  • Release tension from your body
  • Feel more grounded and clear
  • Reconnect with what matters most

You’ll leave feeling steadier, calmer, and more like yourself again.

What you need:

  • A few pieces of paper
  • A pen or marker
  • A comfortable space to sit and then a quiet place to lie down for the guided meditation
