We’ll start with simple doodling — a surprisingly powerful way to calm your mind, focus your attention, and shift out of overthinking.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation where your body can fully unwind and your mind can settle.
This combination helps you:

- A few pieces of paper
- A pen or marker
- A comfortable space to sit and then a quiet place to lie down for the guided meditation
