Join us every Sunday at Insumataq Studio for a 2.5–3 hour immersive journey of heart, sound, and spirit.
Each gathering unfolds as a living ceremony — weaving together movement, music, and mindful connection.

• 1st & 3rd Sundays: Begin with cacao to open the heart, followed by kirtan, breathwork, Sunday Dance, and sound healing — a full-body immersion in rhythm and reverence.
• 2nd & 4th Sundays: Gather in stillness for chanting and meditation, flowing into Temple With No Walls — an open discussion circle and shared sound experience with bowls and voice.
