And we’re starting strong:
Minister of Digitalisation and Public Governance Karianne Tung and Derviş Mansuroğlu, Principal Officer at NAV IT, and Ingvild Movahed Aagre and Hanne Sletbach Groustra will all join us and contribute to the conversation!

Diversity and Inclusion in Working Life – Trust is the Road to Success
This is the story of a multicultural young man from the east side of Oslo and his journey to a leadership role in Norway’s largest public agency and IT department. It is also a story about diversity and inclusion, and the choices you should make to achieve your goals.
In this talk, Dervişs will discuss what diversity really means, why diversity without inclusion doesn’t work, and how diversity relates to trust, patience, and empathy. After listening to this talk, you should feel that you are good enough, that you are unique, and that you can accomplish anything with the right mindset – as long as you trust yourself, your mistakes, and your shortcomings. Because that’s what diversity is: unique people with strengths and weaknesses, and people with self-awareness and curiosity.
During the talk, you will have a unique opportunity to hear from someone who works on the leadership team of Norway’s largest IT organization, NAV IT.

In this presentation, they will share how the programs work to connect international expertise with real job opportunities – and what actually works when the goal is to get more people into relevant work and education.
You will hear concrete experiences, practical solutions, and inspiration for how the public sector, business community, and individuals can make a difference together.
