What we’re about
Welcome to Integrated Attachment Theory for Lasting Change – an online community for people who want real, sustainable change in how they relate, lead, and live.
This group is for you if you’re curious about attachment theory, nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, aligning your life with your deeper subconscious drivers and learning healthier communication and setting healthier boundaries.
Although the group is registered in Cape Town, South Africa, most events are hosted online. I welcome an international audience.

What we explore
We look at personal growth and behaviour change through the lens of Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) – a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and rewire the subconscious patterns shaping how you relate, lead, and live.
Together, we explore:
- How anxious, avoidant, fearful-avoidant and secure attachment patterns show up in everyday life
- How your subconscious mind influence your goals, habits, and relationships
- Practical ways to move toward more secure attachment, in the first place in relation to self, and then in relation to others and the world.
- How inner work supports outer change – in career, leadership, and big life transitions

What you’ll find in this group

•OnlineWhy New Year's resolutions fail - And how to make yours stick using IAT
OnlineMost resolutions don’t fail because we’re lazy. They fall apart because they clash with the subconscious patterns and nervous system responses that quietly run the show.
In this free online workshop, you’ll learn how to create goals that are aligned not only with what you consciously want, but also with what your subconscious mind can genuinely support.
Although I’m based in Cape Town, this is a fully online event and warmly open to participants from anywhere in the world.
Drawing on Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) – a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based approach developed by Thais Gibson, in this webinar we will be learning:
- Why most resolutions fall apart
- How your attachment style and subconscious patterns influence the ability to achieve your goals
- A simple framework for achieving the goals we consciously desire
- A practical tool to help you get started right away
The session will blend teaching, guided reflection, and practical exercises. You’re welcome to engage actively or listen quietly – whatever feels safest.
